We design the trip.
Then we run it.
We are travel designers
We design the trip — every layer of it — then we run it on the ground so flawlessly that you only ever see the result. We approach design as an art in motion: creative, considered, alive during the design stage — and then resolved into a clear, structured plan that is ready to be executed.
The work happens in three stages
Design
How you want it to feel.
We learn how you actually want the trip to feel, who you are travelling with, what matters and what does not.
Curation
Every detail, signed to your taste and ours.
We sign every detail of the itinerary to your taste, your group, your preferences, and to the things only people on the ground know. We choose villas by the criteria that actually matter — location, layout, privacy, capacity, the view, the bay, the way the property holds a group of your size. We choose restaurants by the kind of evening you want — the food, the ambience, the music, the table, the room. We choose events the same way: which ones are worth your timing, and which ones to skip.
Execution
Delivered to the same standard, every time.
Logistics, transfers, suppliers, the schedule held together day by day. We execute every trip we design — remotely or on the ground, depending on what the trip needs. The standard of delivery is the same either way.

On the ground — in real time, every day of the trip.
Why we do it this way
Time is the most valuable asset our clients own. They make decisions all day, every day. When they finally allocate time to a trip, the planning should not be one of them. Our job is to give that time back as memories.

Our standard is simple: we list a destination when we know it from the inside. Sometimes that is years of personal time. Sometimes it is through team members and partners who live there. Either way, if it is on our list, we can deliver it properly. We do not advertise places we cannot personally make sure of.
On the music
Some of the team has roots in the international music industry — through DJ management, private event production, and public projects including Nomadica Project. Those relationships still travel with us, which means when a client wants a specific artist for a private night, we are usually one call away from making it happen.
On depth
Wellness and longevity — Temazcal, Kundalini, Cacao ceremonies, breathwork — sit in our portfolio because we have lived them ourselves. We bring this work to clients who want it because we understand it from the inside, not because it is a category we wanted to add.
On how we work now
We work with the way the world is moving, not against it. We treat artificial intelligence as operational leverage — what it lets us do is execute faster and more precisely on the structural side of the work, so we can spend more of our team’s attention on the part that cannot be automated: understanding people, designing emotionally, being present on the ground. Technology is the engine room. The work itself is human.
Why most of our clients are referred
Because the review at the end of the trip is the only metric we care about. We work on our clients’ behalf — which often means the villa, the table, and the terms have already been negotiated by our team before a proposal ever reaches the client. By the time something is offered, the deal underneath it has been worked. We bring the network and the respect we have earned in each destination, and we treat every trip as the only one that matters. New clients almost always arrive through someone we have already worked with.
A note from the Founder
I am Karmen, the founder. I trained in criminal law, I have built businesses without inherited capital, and I have spent the last fifteen years living and working across the places we now design for.
The work I have done on myself in parallel — in education, in business, in spiritual practice, across cultures — is not separate from this company. It is the reason the company exists in the form it does. Cultural and emotional intelligence is not a soft skill in our work; it is the discipline that lets us understand who a client actually is and how to deliver for them with structure. I train my team in the same way: how to read a room, how to lead with emotional intelligence, and how to execute with the precision a serious business demands. We do not promise what we cannot personally make sure of. Our clients trust us with their time because we treat it the way they treat their own businesses — seriously.
